I was a chef in Tokyo for 4 years, and I truly ate some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Even with all that my wife (Japanese) still likes "ketchupu spag" more than anything. Childhood flavor for her, tough one for me…. 🙂

No insult to Lawson, but I think I will eat something else off their shelves.
The flavours sound too rich and the portions (even the small) are too big.
You cannot eat pasta without cheese.

That meat sauce looks like a ragu (bolognese meat sauce) that you can get in italian stores!

Japanese carbonara kinda looks tasty but different from the original…also you nailed the pronunciation of guanciale and pecorino romano!

These Japanese style Spaghetti meals are so interesting for me as an European person. Please, guys, do Family Mart and 7/11 Spaghetti or other type of Japanese pasta as well! It would be great to see some more!!!
