Adding egg salad/egg mayo to instant ramen is a nice 'hack' as well. The mayo makes it creamy, and the egg is just nice in ramen, we all know that. But I've only done that with homemade egg salad, idk if storebought is tasty enough to use like this.

Peanut sauce or peanut butter in ramen (or noodles) are a savoury dish in China, called Dan-Dan Noodles!! They are my favourite dish to get EVER at a shanghai restaurant. There are spicy versions with chili flakes and chili oil, and it SLAPS so hard. The dish is made up of a peanut-based soup, white noodles, cucumber slivers, crushed peanuts, chili flakes and oil, and green onion.

This dish is honestly one of my favourite since I was young, and there has been no other noodles that I could eat 3 bowls of. SO GOOD and you just got me hungry at 12am.

Ppushu ppushu is an Asian snack that comes in a bag with a brick of ramen and a seasoning packet. You get to break up the ramen yourself in the bag (you want some good chunks left for maximum crunch satisfaction) and then you sprinkle the seasoning over it, close the bag, shake, and eat. So good and addictive.

I always show up late to the stream because I get off work about an hour into the stream. Whenever the stream ends, I start it over to watch the beginning and it’s hilarious to see how much the set changes from the chaos of Saf and Tyler. 🤣🤣

The garlic sizzling asmr made me realize how much I'd LOVE a whole stream asmr style. Cooking videos are the most fun but it could be anything like a soap stream or something!!!

I make peanut butter ramen frequently, but I add rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and instead of Sriracha, I use chili garlic paste. It creates a great depth of flavor.
