Just an FYI, because I see that you like being as healthy as possible, you need to know that not only are those pre cut carrots soaked in chemicals, but the rotisserie chicken is loaded with preservatives…it is best you buy and cut the carrots yourself and use the no preservative no hormone chicken to make stock, then use the chicken for your chicken salads or shred and put in the freezer for your tortilla or chicken soup…just a suggestion ๐Ÿ˜‡

Don't forget to add some apple cider vinegar to your stock before cooking. It helps draw out all the nutrients from the bones. You only need a tablespoon or two and you won't taste it at all.

Technically, couscous are neither a pasta or a grain. Traditionally, couscous was made by rolling moistened semolina (the hard cracked wheat produced by the first crushing in the milling process) in a bowl of flour.
Since it isnโ€™t made with a conventional dough, itโ€™s not a true pasta and the flour coating takes it past the point of being simply a grain.

Anyone from Worcester (wuss-ter), England can pronounce it because it is a compound of TWO words, Worcester, a city in England, and shire, meaning county; therefore the famous sauce seems to originate from the city/county of Worcester in England… my best guess!

Iโ€™m allergic to peppers unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜ญ but those veggie packs are a great idea do you think theyโ€™d work with reusable snack bags? I try not to use plastic waste as much as possible

That pie looks delicious! I have a weight watchers YouTube channel and a lot of times I take homestyle recipes and skinny them down to be low point Friendly. This week I did a chicken pizza. I may have to try to do something with that amazing looking pie ๐Ÿ™‚
