Just an FYI, because I see that you like being as healthy as possible, you need to know that not only are those pre cut carrots soaked in chemicals, but the rotisserie chicken is loaded with preservatives…it is best you buy and cut the carrots yourself and use the no preservative no hormone chicken to make stock, then use the chicken for your chicken salads or shred and put in the freezer for your tortilla or chicken soup…just a suggestion ๐

Don't forget to add some apple cider vinegar to your stock before cooking. It helps draw out all the nutrients from the bones. You only need a tablespoon or two and you won't taste it at all.
Technically, couscous are neither a pasta or a grain. Traditionally, couscous was made by rolling moistened semolina (the hard cracked wheat produced by the first crushing in the milling process) in a bowl of flour.

"Worcester" rhymes with "foster" then add the "shire" on the end. Maybe ignore how it's spelt and just think foster first.
