Hellooo! I tried to make something that would be easy and suitable for vegans/veggie – I do need some advice on them though so if you know a better way to either cook them or different ingredients to use, let me know! Otherwise, they’re soooooooo GOOD!!! 😍🎄♥️

Thank you for the magazine subscription link Sophie. They are currently doing two months free from your link. Five family members can use the link. Isn’t that fantastic. My family is delighted looking at the magazine choices. Thank you so much.
RE: The pancakes, try using cocoa powder instead of chocolate. It will mix in better and not burn in the pan, which is what I think went wrong with your pancakes. A non stick pan is better too. And try the cooking sprays between each pancakes 🥞 as you cook each one. Let us know how you get on. X 🥰

Hi Sopherina, the baby is gorgeous. I use a simple method to make pancakes, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1egg, salt to taste, heat pan and 1 teaspoon oil, heat up and pour mixture. Flop proof . Seasons greetings.

Hi i think it was because of the chocolate , when i make similar pancakes if you want chocolate , cook pancakes on one side then add a little chocolate , and turn , they r best in a none stick pan, the cider vinager is in place of the egg , , i add chocolate chips ,weather that helps too i dont know

Okay so these didnt work too well unfortunately lol.
I make super simple vegan pancakes for me and my daughter and theyre decent.
I make them them with 1 cup of oat milk, 1 cup of oats, and 1 ripe banana. I usually add a sprinkle of cinnamon too.
Literally blend and fry in a NON STICK pan with vitalite vegan butter.
    Non stick pan is essential.
You can add a tsp of baking powder to make them fluffier but I dont because my daughter is only just over 8 months old.
I eat them too and add sugar free choc spread on them 😍 and have with strawberries/raspberries xx

I'm not vegan but I do make a treat breakfast for Christmas morning. For the last 5 or so years I've made overnight blueberry french toast. It's probably very unhealthy but I make it one time a year and sometimes freeze the leftovers for another day!

I always use vegan yoghurt in place of vegan milk I never put any oil in the pan I always use a nonstick pan That I keep only for pancakes I also make them slightly smaller but I do add a tablespoon of melted block Flora to the recipe
    1 cup flour (125 g)
    2 tablespoons organic sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 cup non-dairy yogurt (240 mL)
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of block Flora melted Makes all the liquid ingredients together add to all the dry ingredients whisk gently leave to rest for 10 minutes and then make your pancakes I hope this helps

Sometimes if you let the batter sit for about 5 min after you mixed it, the batter will thicken up a little so it won’t spread and cook to fast. A non stick pan is needed and your pan might have been a little to hot. 😉 As soon as you see the bubbles on top flip them over. The texture does look good though. 🙂

The pan might have been a little hot. Did the recipe specify soya milk or plant based milk? I've made vegan cupcakes where soya milk and cider vinegar were in the recipe and they reacted to create the egg effect. So that's possibly it. They looked pretty good though
