I can't get tofu right at home, have had it in restaurants where I enjoyed it. The texture and the blandness are big hurdles.

Would love to know more about your new oil sprayer, I have the Misto but it's starting to konk out on me, not sure I want to get it again. Also, would love recipes that cook meat from frozen (if that's possible!)

Wow, thank you. Crazy thing happened and our fridge and stove got fried. Squirrels chewed through the cable holding the power line to our house sending a power surge through our house. Well, we replaced the fridge first. We bought a BIG air fryer. Loving this thing and looking for recipes. We cooked a pork loin in it last night(it was perfect). We might not ever replace the stove! Now I have to go get some eggplant because I really like it and can’t wait to play with the air fryer again.

First time i tryed tofu i dis not like It because It has NO flavour. Try to season it with salt and species (lots of them) and then flour and egg (all sides egg. Not only on top). And CUT It in smaller pieces!!! You might like It better!!!

Give this crispy tofu "chicken" recipe a try. Because it's torn, not cut into big chunks, it looks more like a chicken nugget than a big ol hunk of white mushy stuff. I find that if food actually looks good and appealing, then it tastes better. 😉 https://megankerry.com/crispy-tofu-chicken/ You have to scroll about halfway down the page to get to the actual crispy "chicken" instructions, but she offers some other ideas on how to use it as well.

Your 🤣 so funny 😂. I think if you cut them up in small pieces and crisped them up more you might of liked them. But, they do take on other flavors when you cook them with others things

Just found your channel. So happy ! 💗 I always do sweet potatoes and purple potatoes together. Love them. On the tofu if you put pressure on it with a plate to get more water our and tofu is disgusting unseasoned, so I’m not surprised you hated it lol.

I agree with other commenters… need to drain/squeeze as much water from the tofu as possible then cube them smaller, more seasoning. Should turn out 1000x better

Watched this with the kids, they loved it😃! I eat these foods regularly since I’m a vegetarian! Tofu’s one of my favorites, but it definitely has to be cooked right or it just tastes bland, lol 😂! Enjoyed this, thanks for sharing ❤️!

Your 'food taster' daughter is a good indicator of the taste and 'yumminess'.
Kathy, please don't trash un-wanted errors.
Chop small and leave out for the birds, daytime only! Be well….John in Australia 🙂
