After the First Time I had to cook the Meat in a Seperate Pot because it made my Gravy Greasy. In Italy we never use the Word " Tomato Sauce " or " Pasta Sauce…its Gravy

I'm wondering if you'd be able to do certain strengthening excersized to become stronger. I know that you are in a wheelchair but I'm sure that you could get some good recommendations from a physiotherapist so your body can become stronger. If you don't use it you loose it.
I haven’t forgotten the pot yet, but I have forgotten the seal that goes in the top and almost burnt what I was cooking!!!🤣🤣🤣 I’m 61 y.o. and when we were little, my brothers and I used to make spaghetti sandwiches on butter bread (Wonder Bread) too!! Thanks for sharing your recipe!!!
