Being Chinese, I've eaten a lot of Chinese food obviously; but, I've never encountered Chinese-French fusion food before. I think if I ate some Chinese food with foie gras I would probably be overcome with emotion too. Wow…Kudos to you guys for showing this food. There is, indeed, so much good Chinese food in New York City.
