I always get crap because I’m not the biggest fan of 3 leches, because I feel like even though it’s a simple recipe a lot of people mess it up. The cake can be rubbery, or randomly have dry patches 😅. Also, not to mention that that’s the primary cake people have at their parties lol, it kinda gets old😂. The one dessert I truly love is Chocoflan!!! You should make one, I’m sure you’ll nail it 💕

Nice job!!! I personally love strawberry short cake with tons of whipped heavy cream. Here’s a thought, make two 8 or9 in round cake of the tres leche cake then assemble with sliced strawberries and cream in the middle and then top with other layer, coat the cake in whipped cream and decorate top with fresh strawberries.
I have a whip it nitrous oxide charger that I use to dispense whipped cream on top of the cake in florets. The chargers are avail on Amazon.
