But $28.5M for 8,000 SQ FT = $3,562 PER SQ FT
isn't that kind of insane? even if you do get 2 acres in Malibu…..
idk I am in Canada our prices are ridiculous too, but it doesn't cost that buch to build

If I had $30M to spend on a home, I would just oversee the construction myself and create a liveable floor plan etc.

I want to add somethingā¦..Enes is the BEST one on the internet for home toursā¦.There have been some other guys that have popped up in his wakeā¦.Some are āokāā¦.but Enes has a perfect demeanor on camera. He realizes that most of the people who watch these videos are not ever going to buy one of these housesā¦.but we are interested in architecture and home style and such. Heās got a great combination of humor, ease, and attention to detail. I donāt get the impression that he is trying to be ācoolā like some of the others. I love watching the videos for his take on homes. Great job, Enes. Iāve spent some time in Turkey and you are a good representative for the people there. While Iām at itā¦One thing I always notice in houses is either books or places to put books. 99% of these places look like the people never open a book, much less read. Iām a bibliophile and have 10k volumes in my 4k sq.ft. Homeā¦they are everywhere. Nicely shelved. But most of these places donāt even have bookcasesā¦.except in the home office. I discovered Enes a few years ago and have gone back and watched most of the videos. Iāve commented before on a few thingsā¦the most recent is education on the AGA stove. However, I donāt know where else to contact youā¦.so Iāll put this hereā¦..Iām from the Northeast and grew up in Gladwyne, PA, which used to be the most expensive zip code in the country. It was famous for being the homes of āoldā money in the late 1800s and early 1900s. It is filled with massive estates. This old money built the ācottagesā on the coast of Maine, where it live now. Having said thatā¦.I would love to see Enes come to the Northeastā¦.particularly Gladwyne, PA and cover some of the estates there. I know you came to the Hudson Valley of NY with the āmodern barnā home of Beverly Kurzner. The next time you get to the NE, check out the āMain Lineā of Philly and the estates that are there. Love the videos. Thank you for not going in the modern direction of making fast cuts and lots of motion with the camera. It is distracting. Iāve seen alot of homes and there are a few that that love. However this home is my FAVOURITE for some reason. Everything goes together in a satisfying way.

Beautiful place, love the water features. But why a fireplace on the front porch where it's only seen for a moment, not like there is seating there. And why access the media room from there? That should be a dark, padded room. Not that I would remove it when I buy the house. (LOL)

Sorry but I have to disagree with the comment that it has "some of the most breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean.". There are many far more impressive views both in the US/Hawaii but also on the many islands that dot the Pacific and places like New Zealand and Australia.
