Leonora, you really do have the ultimate dream kitchen! I always have my fajitas in lettuce cups, and I find the trick to removing the leaf from the root is to slice the base of the lettuce off and then cut each individual leaf from the base before you peel it off. The way you chop your peppers to avoid the seeds, is brilliant! Your Mexican feast looked absolutely mouth watering! Thank you for sharing your secret recipe and tips with us. Oh, my dear…. Love you and your channel, but I’m from California and you need to be introduced to chipotle peppers. (Smoked jalapeño peppers in adobo sauce. They come in a can) they are mild and will elevate any sauce, salsa and guacamole you make. Mexican food is our soul food here.

I was ok until you got to the nachos and cheese and I am not a cheese lover so would just have nachos I feel. I can't stand the idea of cheesy chips either – yuck so rich! You were very tense throughout this vlog and I felt uncomfortable for you but is it really worth getting stressed? A friend is a friend and you can always turn the camera off and film later so don't worry. Life is too short. Glad you are having a mocktail and so good for you and ginger is lovely.

Hi I have just come across your channel and first of all the purple flower I am pretty sure is lilac and secondly I don't mean to say step on your toes but please be careful with the foxgloves as I am sure you are aware these flowers are dangerous for dogs. Apart from that I am enjoying your video so far and so nice to see another person from England. I have no idea what you do for work so I am going to investigate more but by the sounds of things your job is pretty high profile and wondering if you are into modelling (you are speaking of photo shoots etc so forgive me if I am for want of a better expression "barking up the wrong tree").

I am laughing, you are so cute and funny! If the sunglasses work, they work and do the job, they look great. Reminds me of one of my brothers in law wearing swim goggles when he was barbecuing once, and it was particularly smoky. Love it. Not as bougie as HC sunglasses but effective.😂
