Oh no baby.. Save that bacon grease! Freeze it and add to green beans or brussel sprouts! Seriously I will never cook them without bacon grease. It makes them SO good. ๐
Yummy! Love a good pasta salad in the summertime!
Tip: to keep the zucchini crisp and less soggy, you can lightly salt the pieces after cutting them and let them rest for about 15 minutes. The salt draws out some of the water, and you can blot that off with a paper towel. You also wonโt need to add more salt to the zucchini as you continue in your cooking process ๐๐ป

These are great recipes. All can be turned into one-dish meals with the addition of chicken or chopped eggs. Very nice.
