Thanks for the wonderful video! Wonderful recipes. But can I just disagree with you a bit…Non stick pans are not great for the environment. Many use harmful chemicals and only last for 2-7 years typically. It's so much better to get a nice cast-iron set and season them properly. Truly It's a Wonderful cooking experience, three of my cast iron pans belonged to my great-grandmother. Not trying to be preachy though. Just more zero waste. I also realize not everyone can cook using cast iron because they don't need the extra iron that they could get in their diet. As someone who is anemic and always needs extra iron this isn't a problem for me.

Just stumbled upon your channel; love the recipes & can’t wait to try. What type of tofu do you use, soft or firm, or did it vary in each of your recipes shown? Thank you from across the pond (NYC)😀

Wonderfully inspiring recipes! I love the look of the red pepper pasta. I have some cream cheese that needs using up so might try that instead of coconut cream, and let it out with a little more stock. Thanks for the inspiration as always!

Maddie, you could remake all your old recipe videos & it would be amazing. I think a lot of people would love to see the classic student meals, 3 ingredients etc ..just an idea.

It'd save you making loads more recipes if you didn't want to, plus newer subscribers might not have seen them

Sweet and sour tofu: For those who are no sugar like me, you can replace the brown sugar with a quarter of a cup of unsweetened apple sauce(the one without cinnamon) . It tastes lovely, works like a charm.

    Hi Madeleine
I’ve just gone back to being a vegetarian after a long while and I’m loving your recipes. Can I ask where your cream cooking pots are from and if they are cast iron? Looking for some good pots to cook in as I’ve just changed from gas hob to induction hob and need new pans. Thanks again for the lovely videos and for the none judgement too. Very refreshing. 😊❤
