    I love the milkshake, but personally don't like to add any sweetner. I just add frozen overripe bananas, oats (soaking is unessecary) and plant milk. Sometimes i add some strawberries or chocolate for flavour. Tastes perfect, but just a little easier. I used to love milkshakes before i went vegan, and it honestly tastes just as good.

    When I make sweet potato fries I just slice up a raw sweet potato into fries, season them and put in the air fryer. Maybe for 10-15 min. They are crispy and delicious! Just thought I would share! xoxox

    i have been now 2 months on your diet to cure acne and it still hasn't gone away. i haven't had any oils or fats and not rven sugars but it just not working. I dont use any skin or hair products that contain oils either. What can i do?? pls help me im so depressed and i just want my acne yo go away so bad.
