Love my Instant Pot. FYI-your meal planner is no longer for sale on the Carrie Elle site. Sigh. I really wanted it too! I'm not a huge fan of chicken breasts, so I use boneless skinless chicken thighs for this recipe:) and I would have turned the IP on Saute mode to get the liquid hot enough for the cornstarch slurry to dissolve and thicken up.

Ok question. You keep putting short times to cook. How long does it take to reach the temp needed to even start the timer. I know its not 4 minutes after you hit the button. So how long?

Our hot summer days usually consist of barbies. Love our Aussie summer (December-January) we are in the last month of winter so Iโm using the slow cooker and instant pot like every other day.
