My grandpa had a coffee grinder like that too. He roasted his beans and ground them himself. Well, we children sometimes took it from him and grind too, fresh coffee smell was heavenly.
Don't know, maybe because we were children… but I should buy one asap.

That coffee press is plastic? BPA free? You mentioned a problem with that sort of thing in another video regarding a tea tumbler. I'm a tea man, but either way I'd go with glass ๐Ÿ˜‰ Great videos though, just getting started. Looking forward to trying the coconut xanthan gum bread recipe.

I love my silicone mats. I have one in the kitchen and another one in my craft room. Both are super easy to clean and to store in the cupboard. The one in the kitchen is washed with dishsoap, left to dry; for the other I use my all-purpose cleaner, which also cleans my stamps and glue globs. Nicole

All of these appliances are right up my ally but the cookbook looks very interesting. Gonna Google it because if you know me, I have to read the reviews and see the ratings but I'm sure if you say beginners it should be for beginners like me!…… lol…..โ™ก excellent, excellent video…..

Great list, buddy. I love that you gradually absorbed ownership of the knives! ๐Ÿ˜„ I may need to do the same thing for Sara. That magic whisk seems like a great stocking stuffer!! Would it be too much to present her with one that has MY name engraved in it? ๐Ÿคฃ

I've had a couple of different silicon baking mats, but I always end up tossing them because they get oddly sticky over time, and they are SO hard to clean! What's the secret? How do people use them and actually clean them? For now, I'm sticking with parchment paper, because there is zero cleanup and it's super easy – but everyone keeps raving about these silicon mats, so I'm so conflicted – maybe there is something that I'm missing? :'(

Hey Aaron, thanks for your info on the Kmart instant pot. This is exactly what I'm asking for Christmas. I have been looking at the Tefal, Breville and Phillips ones. I just googled it and there is also a Kogan option that is around the same price as the Kmart one. Do you have any opinions on these others?
