I wish someone would have a sauce recipe that didnโt require buying bottles of stuff you probably wonโt use again. How about whatโs already commonly in the pantry
I pretty much only come back to this channel for cooking inspiration these days, I think you're really elevating vegan cooking! Unfortunately my girlfriend has IBS, and I have not fully cracked the code to making great vegan recipes without onion/garlic. I would really appreciate it if you would make some recipes or offer substitutions, especially in asian/mexican cooking. My only idea to replace garlic/onion is to use chives, thus far.

just saw your recipe & tried it right away! I used a tablespoon of Sriracha for the sauce, which was definitely hot enough for me haha
used zucchini, mushrooms & little tomatoes, and Bulgur as a base, which tasted nice altogether ๐

You can also dun packaged baked tofu. In my area, itโs much cheaper to buy it baked!

So interesting to learn how tofu gets more flavorful after being frozen & defrosted, than never going through that process. Cuz the flavor can seep into the holes.
Itโs like with people โ we can actually become better after going through trials that poke holes in us cuz then if we let Godโs love and truth seep into those holes, then we become better for Him and as the vessel of His flavors โ His salt and light โ to the world!
