I love your energy, first and foremost. My husband and I have been on a whole food plant based/vegan diet going on 3 years in June, woohoo!! He's not a fan of tofu and that's ok, I try to limit my intake of it. I've seen vegan/plant based "bacon" recipes and haven't found one that took the place of the "b"lt :(. I'm going to try this for sure! I'll let you know what we think, so excited that your posting videos!!
