Chef AJ is correct. Your home must be free of addictive substances. Other family members can eat those things away from home. Truthfully children too small to go away from home shouldn't be eating such garbage anyhow and neither should anyone else.

I have been free of sugar addiction for fourteen years. It is FREEDOM! I have started sharing videos on my YouTube channel about how I am able to feed my family simple whole plant foods by keeping things simple in the hopes that others can enjoy this freedom. I love Chef AJ.

You mentioned it was great to find like minded friends. How did you feel and the. Did you advertise in the paper? Facebook? I don't know how to find friends. Your advice would be helpful. Thank you

You are speaking my language. Thank you for these great guests. No one talks about food and addiction like you do I have known I was food addict since I can remember. I'm 84 now, and fairly stable at 160 or therabouts. It's all part of the issue, but the food allergy part is primary, and the sos free really makes me feel good. I am coming off of a small salt/flour binge, and visible weight gain. Hoping/praying that this is the last. Thank you all, again.
