I am so excited for you Kim…your the best….can't wait to follow your journey….i know what you mean about motivation… I have to pray to get going some days…love your videos…you are the sweetest…best wishes on your journey…
I can't wait to check out her exercise channel!!! I've been looking for something else to do besides walking with Leslie DVD. I can't wait for you to start your new program!! So excited for you ❤️❤️
Good morning. You are one of my role models. You and I are so much alike. I see you doing positive things and that inspires me to do positive things for myself. Thanks!!!
Great tips! I saw that you posted this video yesterday but I saved it for today to watch while I walked on my treadmill. I usually don’t use my treadmill on the weekends. You motivate me to do better. Your videos make the time go by so fast.
You are such a natural onscreen! The way you've broken down motivation here is so easy to understand and adapt to. The part where you talk about eating more veggies…I get it and I have a good tip! What I've been doing for years now, and I really think it helps, is I cut up a big plate of cucumbers, carrots, peppers, snap peas with ranch dip almost every night just before dinner (like an appie). I usually scarf down a TON and then I don't eat as much dinner. Veggies are so filling and I don't skimp on the yummy ranch because whatever it takes, right? Then when my kids come at me saying they're hungry, I show them the veggies, but they love them too. You've been so good to me, Kim. Thank you for the love. The feeling is mutual! Love the service YOU provide!! 💃💕
Motivated now because I have a dr appt in about 11 days. Hope to lose at least a lb or 2 more before I go in. With just telemedicine appt over the last 2 years my pcp doesn't know how much I've gained.
I subscribed to those videos now that I can exercise. I usually use my bike but it’s so cold on my porch right now that I make excuses to not go out there. Thanks for the motivation
You had some good ideas on motivation. Some days it is stronger than others. That’s where I think a journal might help when I’m not feeling motivated. I’m like you in that I eat all of my emotions, good, bad or indifferent. It’s a daily choice.
Love the way you ended the video so cute. That same bad girl lives on one of my shoulders too, we just have to start ignoring her. When David said he’d like to go to California maybe someday when you’re feeling good you can come this way. I live in Pacific Grove it’s right by Pebble Beach, I’m about two blocks from the ocean. I have all kinds of friends that are in hot rod clubs so plenty of cars to drool over. That’s a good idea about the zero point vegetable soup to eat along with our Nutrisystem make a big pot and not have to cook vegetables every day👍
All the best of luck with the Nutrisystem plan. We can always use more motivation tips. We can do this! It’s a beautiful day right now here in Kansas. I’m out walking the dogs, getting in my 8000 steps. I decided last July that if I was going to enjoy my retirement I was going to need to lose weight for my health. Let me tell you, it’s been a slow process, but I have lost about 25 pounds and learning to be happy with 2to 3 pounds a month. My motto is to never give up and to be consistent.
Great video Kim. One thing I like buying from Aldi is their Happy Harvest mixed vegetables. Corn, peas, green beans, potatoes, carrots, celery and lima beans. 30 calories for 1/2 cup. 3.5 servings per can. just an FYI. I do like the chair exercises and doing with the Bee Gees. NINA
