Might I suggest creating a sauce, perhaps a beschamel or a pink vodka sauce to ladle over the slices of Timpano, creating a moister, more flavorful experience?

This rocks!! No leftover veggies, huh? Broccoli would have brightened it up. But probably changed the taste too much.
Just curious if there are more veggies used, like oven roasted veggies or canned veggies, do you need more breadcrumbs for the liquid that will leach from them? How do you know what is a good ratio of wet veggies, meats to drier things like pasta and breadcrumbs?

Looks good, but I’d definitely leave out the eggs. With all that pasta and meat, the little bit of sauce you added is going to get soaked up right away. I’d suggest putting a LOT more in there. Otherwise it’s going to be super dry.
