Thanks for sharing. I am just getting started with THM. It seems that so many of the beginner videos are from 3-6 years ago. I would love to see more current videos as a lot of the ingredients are not more readily available. Thanks for sharing.
Deli turkey or chicken, a low fat string cheese, and veggies with a Greek yogurt dip could be a fuel pull. A fruit and/or on plan crackers added would make it a nice E. 😋
Did the nuts get soggy? Did the strawberries and peppers stay nice? How were the eggs? I struggle to eat the eggs without salt n pepper. I have done salad mixes quite often. I did snack boxes a few years ago. The problem I have is I run out of fridge space.
