All of this guy's recipes look INCREDIBLE! I am ALWAYS in AWE of his technique and final presentation. Even more impressive for me is that he wears gloves during cooking. I'm big on sanitation and he definitely is on point all the way around in the Kitchen. He's kinda funny too he could definitely see him on television hosting a cooki ng show and interviewing various guests. He's a star!!

Wrong order. Before placing the roast in, put the broth in, scrape the bottom of the pot, THEN put the meat in. Also – your fond was pretty dark. Id say you overcooked just by a minute or so. It wasnt brown – it was black.

Got mine going in the slow cooker and it smells unbelievable. My store was out of Ranch Seasoning, so used a “beefy onion” gravy mix in addition to the Au Jus mix. I can already tell it’s gonna be money! Thanks for all your work, and I’m a huge fan. I’ve made at least a dozen of your recipes and they are all pure magic.❤

I've been making your other Mississippi pot roast for a while now. We absolutely love it, I see you don't add the flour in the beginning anymore. Ok I'll try this new method next time!
