Thanks Helen I have that never knew what to cook with it thanks
I just thought I'd drop in to let you know that I made Vietnamese Pho for dinner using your beef bone broth as the stock base. HOLY SMOKES!! What a game changer!! It was unbelievably delicious. It''s been a rainy humid day here in England and it was the perfect dinner for that sort of weather. I just wanted to say 'thank you so much'– your recipes are so versatile and can turn other things I've been cooking with regularity into vastly improved masterpieces. Thank you Helen, once again, for rocking my world! If you're going to sell me cookware, well, it's the final frontier. I am ready for the ttukbaegi upgrade in my life! That bubbling sound is what I need in my life, who knew? Also the vessels ability to keep food hot so I can enjoy a more leisurely lunch/dinner is very appealing too. H-Mart here I come. ๐๐๐คฉ

I have two of these Ttukbaegi bowls, one large and one medium. I love mine, it has definitely elevated my Korean dishes. One question I have is using them to cook dishes in something like a Trager smoker, that uses indirect heat & smoke to cook. Would one of the large bowls work, or is there another Korean dish better suited for cooking in a smoker?
Not found in my country…..๐ข
