    I know you’ve mentioned videos are a lot more work than written recipes but I am so thankful for them! I was intimidated by the written recipe at first but after watching this video, this doesn’t seem so bad!

    Thank you for the great recipes. I bought the gum Arabic because of one of your videos, but I’m confused. Is it a direct substitute for Xanthan gum. I’ve been trying to find some resources on all the gums. Thank you in advance.

    I love the flavor and consistency of this yogurt. I tried it with probiotics, and it was very good! Unblended it is much like custard. Once blended, it has a smooth and perfectly creamy consistency! Thanks for another great recipe!
