Rather watch you guys (girls) any day, all day over Guy Fieri. The good thing about his show is putting the focus on small businesses and the untapped talent of good old fashioned COOKS rather than celebrity chefs. The bad thing about the show is Guy Fiery, constantly saying the same things over and over again like he would eat your pizza on a flip flop after he gets it on like donkey Kong visiting flavor town. I am so over Guy Fiery Network, whoops, I meant food network…or did I? Thanks for a great recipe and review, I have been missing pizza pretty fiercly.

I do a similar breading combo but use whey protein or egg white powder instead of the almond flour…fewer carbs and you get a lighter coating that is still crispy. My final dip is a 50/50 mix of "green can" Parm cheese and Pork Panko.

Okay, I need to try this! This would be so good with Rao's Alfredo, spinach and shrimp! Yum! Thanks, once again, ladies! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families!

That’s about a 900 calorie pizza and you could definitely eat the whole thing WITH a side lol. But even if you didn’t bread it you could still pick up the chicken patty. I love frying mine in just a tablespoon of oil, it’s perfect. The crust without any breading is perfect!

I use ground chicken a LOT! It gives me them at fast food flavor and you can do SO MUCH with it!! I usually just make chicken patties in a skillet, no breading, just like instead of a burger patty it’s ground chicken lol. I ate one today in a salad! So good! Imma try this but thinner for the crust and put some Crepini’s from Aldi’s (so amazing, it’s egg and cauliflower and 0 TOTAL CARBS!). I just discovered them and I have so many idea… like quesadillas! Or putting cheddar cheese between then and baking and using that as pizza crust! I can’t wait! Definitely try them!!!

(Harry) Love this SOOOOOO MUCH… Oh yeah, I've been watching that show "Drive-ins Diners and Dives" for years. Love that show, but it makes me long for some of the foods I can't have anymore. I give my wife a list of foods I would like to have and then she tries to find out how to change the recipes to fit into the Keto Lifestyle.

    Great video once again.
I’m from the U.K. and have been on Keto for four weeks, I have done Keto before and had great success but this time although I seem to be in optimal area on the wee sticks I am going up and down with weight loss and only five pounds loss in four weeks.
I’m not sure if I’m fat adapted I pretty much doubt it and I do not know how to get my body into fat burning mode.
I am older now than before but only five years I’m now 73.
Can you help please I can’t use the artificial sweeteners because they all seem to have Erythritol and even a little upsets my stomach so I have to use just one tablet in my drinks of normal sweetener any advice would be appreciated.
    Many thanks Julie

An easy way to flatten your chicken that you first put it into a ball shape, then use two mid size plates. Line with parchment on bottom plate, add the patty, and top that with another piece of parchment and top with second plate. Pressing on the top plate, the ball of chicken will flatten in a nice round, flat shape. this recipe is an excellent idea! Thanks!
