There are too many critics on here about the potato. Heat will kill any bacteria.
Why the sugar. I make it all the time and have never needed sugar.
I actually have a little brush I use to wash potatoes before adding them to dishes if the skin is left on.
BET IT TASTES GOOD BUT PLEASE check the list of ingredients in those packaged dry soups. Use your own seasonings instead for healthy BP.
