Milk and meat is a strict no no. Those two protein don't go together and can cause health issues. Try yoghurt instead which has fermented bacteria.
Loved the recipe and cook double the amount that was used in the recipe for my family and there's no leftovers 😂 can you imagine 😂😂

4 minutes on each side is absolutely not enough, the meat is still quite raw.
How I do it, put all the herbs,flower,bread crams in the bapper bag, shake it up and por it on a flat plate
bit up the eggs but the meat in the spice mixture afte in the egg, and repit it 1 more time and bake it. maybe you should try it ones
