I help a disabled gentleman and this dish is just fantastic. I cook a large portion of this dish at my leisure but I do not reduce the sauce but rather store the meals in containers in my refrigerator. When I am ready to go over to the gentleman's house to cook him a meal, it only takes 30 minutes to reheat and reduce the sauce. I just reheat the meal over high heat and cook some rice, when the rice is fully cooked the meal is also ready to eat. Great time saver. You always come through with spectacular dishes, Thank you so much for this recipe.

Thank you Chef! Best and easy recipe ever. Was lazy so I replaced all the ingredients with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce instead and it came out perfect. Minimal effort with just boiling the ribs and then air frying. Got my first praise on cooking!
