Day 25 for us! We are having spaghetti with homemade sauce homemade bread with butter and steamed green beans. I make homemade spaghetti sauce in big batches and then freeze them and can pull them out for a quick dinner. Everything looked delicious as usual! See you guys again tomorrow. 😁

I'm sure the dinner was as delicious as it looked. I dollop of sour cream would took those twice Baked potatoes over the top.
I love chopped green garden onions on my baked potato. So delicious! I buy the Smithfield pork tenderloin all the time. The mushroom one is real good, but hard to find. Wished I could get interested in making home made bread. It looks so good. Are you all going to have a pet pig? If so which one? You sure have advanced alot since moving there with all of the animals. Love your farm.
    See ya tomorrow.

Our Aldi sells frozen mash (it's good). It comes in these "pellets" so you can pull out what you need. We do spinach mash like this as well, and used to do carrot mash as well.

Aren't those plates cringeworthy when you cut your dinner? I am just wondering how you do that without it making a whole lot of… noise. Maybe that's just me; they seem pretty neat though!

I wanted to thank you so much for sharing the Amish bread recipe so long ago. I finally had a chance to make it and I will never go back. It is amazing 🤩 I even decided to try it out in the bread machine on the dough cycle and the results were exactly the same as doing it in the mixer. Bonus!!! 😊
