    The gas burner you use. What is it? Is it a stand alone to where its not attached to the counter? I need a whole house kitchen…. 😂 Like huge gas stove….. maybe even a fire stove if like the electric goes out like it did for a friend of mine… anyway with all kinds of pans…. so I can make dishes from all over (apparently from youtube). I don’t know how you popped up in my feed but yes! The garlic noodles need to be in existence for me. ♥️ …. Whenever I call my husband dude… I think he wonders about me but you call your husband dude… now I feel better. 😂

    I love your channel! I have a very old wok and would like a new one with two handles? Question is does a wok need to have a rounded bottom? Or will the flat bottom woks work just as well?

    I made this dish two nights ago for dinner. I ended up eating most of it! Loved it! I probably should have added more black pepper. Thanks for posting the recipe here. I brought my laptop to the kitchen, and added each ingredient one by one. I chopped vegetables before hand. I like how you say that you don't have time to use exact measurements. I think you once said that you make Cantonese food. In the early 1950s in Chicago, my grandmother took us to dinner often at a Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown. She was given a recipe by the owner for a dish that we ordered when we ate in the restaurant often, so she cold make a pork dish with clear noodles that was delicious. It was called Silver Noodles. Do you have the recipe for this?

    In the 80s my brother bought me the very same wok–beautiful & heavy duty! If memory serves, he bought it at Macys here in New York. Can't promise they still sell it, but worth giving it a try if anyone is still looking for one. Thank you, Flo, for such easy, quick, and delicious recipes!

    This brings me such sweet memories. My husband who passed after 35 years together loved this pepper beef. He was raised a country boy. Nest, potatoes, gravy, corn was all he ate. Never anything ethnic. I took a chance when we had fresh peppers and onions from our garden. I made this dish for the moon meal in Crispy noodles. From that point forward we would have it once a week and it was always our Christmas and New Year’s 🥘 meal
