So this is not butter chicken it is cheese and milk chicken.
Imagine calling something "Healthy" when you have butter, cream, cheese and yogurt in there. All unhealthy fats that we shouldn't be eating.
White rice isn't healthy. It's fortified with synthetic folate and refined carbohydrates deplete B-Vitamins, specifically Thiamine.
The most your body can absorb in one sitting is around 25 grams of protein. Don't eat it all at once! Split that shit into 2 meals over 4 hours!!
