Want to improve this rookie recipe by 1000% percent? Use your oven instead of frying the potatoes in the pan. They will get insanely crispy with no oil. Then you can mix them with eggs in the pan if you want. Add some cheddar and you don't need anything else in your life.

the only issue is chicken ham is processed meat and processed meats are carciongens and aren't really good for your health.

High Protein and "High Calorie". Don't get me wrong it looks absolutely delicious and might be great if you are bodybuilding but not so great for weight loss/ If Protein is all that you need, eat 6-10 boiled egg whites with finely diced tomato onions, and chutney.
NEVER micowave food. It destroys a lot of the available nutrition.
If you take a few minutes to understand microwaves, you will be the wiser for it.

An egg white does not have more protein than a whole egg a whole egg has 6 g of protein and an egg white only has like three and also it’s not a complete protein
