I'm so excited to try this with my husband! Thank you for the delicious recipe!
Way too much palava for such a simple dish ,pissing about with the mushrooms got right on my nerves
The only problem i have, is i cannot stand mushrooms, mo matter how they are disguised hidden smothered cooked 🤣🤣🤣.
This looks so dang good
I am sure this is a delicious dish, but i can't see myself spending an hour to cook a plate of pasta.
Garlic is a must – you live longer.

80 percent of puggles cannot read at a 1st grade level. 80 percent! It is a problem, and I intend to do something about it!
Hi hi hi. I'm watching from Texas…but was born and raised on Long Island. Oh how I miss home….

Who turns shrooms one by one when they are frying in the pan. You are a maniac
Ty recommended feed. I needed this. Subbed 🙂
Very nice video! Someone knows if I can substitute the Brandy for something else? I don't want to buy Brandy just for one recipe and I don't drink and even though it doesn't go bad I am sure I won't use it ever. While a cheap one is also fine, $18 or so are just a bit out of budget for a student like me :/
is there something I can replace the brandy with?
Just made it for dinner, what a fantastic dish! Certainly a 9/10 James’s! I used coconut cream instead of heavy cream . Worked out well. (Wife can’t have milk but can have hard cheeses. Thanks!!!!
Very interesting…
why use olive oil in pan? I dont understand
what is that brandy mushroom cream sauce? where should I buy?
I love mushrooms but i cant really cook with them cause the kids hate them collectively.
How are you cooking mushrooms without an unstick pan? Low heat?
Just made this and your chicken piccata with spaghetti 🍝. Amazingly good
White People discovering what naturally occurring MSG is 😄
That isn't a ding against you, it's just like, "Yeah, of course reducing mushrooms and tomato paste into a cream sauce before throwing even more salty-MSG at it and some brandy for flavor" is kind of a no brainer. The only thing missing was using dried mushrooms which – to be fair – tend to be more expensive.
Arrrrrrrr 😁👍
Love the recipe and mostly your detailed instructions each step of the way. Kudos.
We need more of your recipes!! Something so different about the way you cook, it's amazing!!
best noodle brand f.s. … i also only use de cecco
Where did you get the burner you're using? Because I would love to be able to use a burner that can support something bigger than a mere 10" pan.
what else can we use instead of adding brandy/alcohol? I'd love to do this myself but without the alcohol 🙂
Look so wonderful. Thank you for the video. Can you tell me what was that the white creamy liquid?
Hey thank you for your vids your channel got my attention
and what i can use instead of wine in this recipe because I'm a muslim
It really didn’t look creamy to me. It looked too dry. I think more sauce was necessary.
Happen to have all of these ingredients. I know what’s for dinner tomorrow.
What is the non-alcoholic replacement for brandy?
Boom – a James 9!!! 👏👏👏👏💕

If impressions giving me Jon Favreau Chef vibes.
one mistake i would say is the cheese and parsley in the end like that…the cheese should only be used on top so it won't cool into the sauce and the parsley i would add it to the sauce before the pasta so it cooks the rawness out!!
Just found your video and will definitely make this dish this weekend. Subscribing now!
I use nothing but DeCecco pasta too
Delverde, Ronzoni and Prince are the best pastas.
Tried this tonight and – wow – the family loved it, and I loved it! Thank you – I'm new to your channel and really enjoy your sense of ease. I echo others' comments in that I appreciate how you explain the heat settings based on steps. I look forward to watching more of your vids and trying more recipes.
