That looks really good. I don't usually use my instant pot for pressure cooking meat. Usually I use the sauté feature to caramelize the onions and brown the meat and then I finish up with the slow cooker feature.

I use my instant pot almost every day! I even use it to make my sweet tea. Beef stew is on our menu for tomorrow and I do the same thing, using 1/2 for stew and 1/2 for beef and noodles.
