Just made it. Had to change a few things but it turned out fantastic. Used regular radish and red chili flakes instead of diakon and Korean flakes marinated porkchop instead of chicken. I had to lower the chili flakes amount and only half a chili 🌶 even than it was an the hot side but still good

Chose to ignore the warning and used a German-style radish ("Bierrettich") instead. Results were delicious. Also great for dipping bread.

Western chicken noodle soup just looks like bland chicken water compared to this firecracker of a soup. Can't wait to try it! Thanks, Aaron, for sharing these recipes that make delicious Korean dishes approachable and relatively easy for the average home cook (even if we have knife skills comparable to Claire's 😅)
