After watching this I feel like I'm an odd one out. Kraft has got to be the most disgusting mac and cheese to ever exist. I've never had Annie's. I don't mind Velveeta. Homemade is top tier and always will be. I also cannot stand hot dogs in mac and cheese, and if you recommend ketchup, I'm going to need you to stay far away from me.

Microplastics are pretty much everywhere in your body. A major source (probably the main source) is plastic in clothing. They leave the body at a certain rate,, but they're everywhere, so you're constantly ingesting them. However, some sources have fewer microplastics than others. People who drank tap water were found to have wayyy less in their system than those who drank bottled water. One thing is, we have no clue what the effects of them are, if any. Scientists are researching it though.

Came back to finish the vid after showering. I think the game bugged, maybe Gavin has the card disabled in Card manager but Skoottie doesn't? But, since Gavin has the mod, it didn't kick them.

Microplastics are so small as to be dissolved in water and can be absorbed into your bloodstream. Your body doesn't know what to do with them, so they are difficult to clear from your body as well

Wanted to make sure you and Gavin know, the soy having estrogen (aka boob growth you talked about) is a myth. It is the wrong type of estrogen, plus it is only high compared to other foods, not for doses. It would take insane amounts of soy to get any sort of dose, which just isn't possible. Just for anyone that is curious!
