Flo, I just got your cookbook and have been following you and Dude on YouTube for quite awhile. My concern is that a lot of your recipes are high in sodium. So I have started to use low sodium soy sauce and do not salt any of the meats, etc. while sautéing and it doesn’t seem to take away from the taste. We love your recipes especially The Orange Chicken and General Tao’s. Keep on cooking🥢

U can buy a reusable plastic system for breading off Amazon for pretty inexpensively, too, that is dishwasher safe. It’s a sizeable Tupperware like system, but very effective.

What temp do you use for a regular oven? You only mentioned the temp for an air fryer
