    I make a wrap using Ezekiel tortilla and fill it with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, romaine lettuce, and Vegannaise. Along with that, I have roasted golden Beets and Yukon gold potatoes.

    Yum!! My fave is the veganized version of potatoes, eggs, and chorizo. I just swap in soyrizo and tofu, Just egg, or the Follow Your heart egg. Add some non dairy cheese shreds avocado and hot sauce and it tastes just like I remember from childhood!
