Please do not misunderstand … I love you guys, you and hubby have shared so much I cannot cook all of the dishes. So I have a few questions, I understand you cook for 4…I cook for 1. What can I do and freeze, to cook your dishes? I love pork, chicken, and beef….But if I cook a large batch it keeps me from cooking…? I love cooking, but cannot afford to feed everyone when I want to cook like that…12lbs of pork butt?…I'm still eating last years stuff and can not cook…?

Your eyes and nose are real danger points but, if you've been handling extra hot chili like birdseye, you definitely want to wash your hands BEFORE going to the bathroom, as well as after.

I always order the salt and pepper pork chops off the “Chinese” menu at Lee’s here in Wichita. Those riblets look so good, Flo! Makes me want to migrate up North! I live in a long term care fac and don’t get much in the way of extra, but I have your cookbook and I have read it cover to cover like a good novel! I love when your daughter appears with you. She looks so much like you. I send you and yours bright blessings and much love 💕 from the Heartland, Kansas.

I will have to try this for sure. I do salt and pepper shrimp and chicken wings, have yet to try pork. And I add an equal amount of toasted and ground shicuan pepper as white pepper for a bit of extra zing.

Not really crazy about the whole ‘tasting’ thing … Flo is amazing… sweet and humble and her extra tips and explanations are so on point, and imho does not need the added ‘male’ endorsement😏. All that being said, I’m going to get an air fryer just so I can make this recipe❗️Thanks Flo🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

That looks so good. Guess where I am going tomorrow, to buy rib-let’s. While I was watching this I thought the ribs would be excellent with the Hong Kong chow mein.
