    Do you need to add water to the instapot? Also, is white wine a good substitute for Chinese wine?

    Thank you for this recipe! It’s delicious. I tried it today. Instead of the broiler I just used a culinary torch instead. It wa maybe around 1.5kgs of ribs so it was not hard to do.

    Great recipe!
    I had a package of 'baby back ribs' where the vacuum package got punctured, so I needed a quick way to use it up.
    The only thing I added was a splash of sesame oil and a bit of liquid smoke.

    Dude thanks for the translation into British. Lol a lot of us still use the term “tin foil”.

    There is only one thing better than a load of sticky ribs and that’s two loads of sticky ribs.

    Hi Flo, I Marinated a whole pork Shank in a Bag in the fridge using your recipe for 30 hours and then steamed it in my Russel Hobbs pressure cooker, then slow roasted it for 3 hours with your baste recipe – wow ! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!- WILL do these ribs next. thank you for sharing. love your videos.
