I'm not a person who cooks or bakes and relies heavily on cooking instructions 😅 Sorry if this is a stupid question but can we use the microwave instead of the oven? For chocolate cake to make it faster, I'm also unbelievably impatient 😂

I use a PB cookie recipe from 13 years ago from – “AydensFolks” on YT –

1 Cup each of low sugar PB, unsweetened shredded coconut and sucralose sweetener.

And 1 egg and mix well. roll/flatten/fork just as you did. 350F for 15 minutes.

They are not quite as delicate as the ones you made. I haven’t made them in awhile, so I haven’t tried them with other sweeteners, but it’s a great base recipe. I’m not a huge coconut fan and still enjoyed these because PB is the stronger flavor.

You guys crack me up 🤣
Dip your fork in water when making the cookies and it won't stick 😊
And I totally get the "moist" thing! Maybe "wet" instead?🤣

These all look so good. I tried a peanut butter mug cake recently that was 1 egg, 1 TBSP brown swerve and 2 TBSP natural peanut butter (can't remember where I saw it, sorry) and it turned out like a peanut butter muffin, not very sweet but great with coffee. Anyway I am interested to try the cookies bc they are similar but use soooo much more peanut butter. I have been missing pancakes so I can't wait to try that one. Love all your videos, thanks for another great one 🥰

I have a tip in regards to the peanut butter cookies. After you make your "dough", put it in the fridge and let it firm up. Minimum 2 hours. Then bake. The cookies will not be as fragile.

Tytyty for sharing those recipes ladies 🤗 can't wait to make the peanut butter cookies 😉 I was thinking about adding in some extract to them for some extra flavor?
Can't wait to try the cake one as well.
I've made the craps before and they are good. In fact I haven't made them lately so I'll be making them in the morning 🌞

fyi I found today in WINCO made by Birch Benders a pkg of KETO pancake and waffle mix! I wanted to make donuts. I bought WINCO brand erythmitol and mixed it all with regular 2% milk until much too thick to pour and spooned it into donut baking trays and it worked perfect! I mixed some of the sweetener and milk to make a glaze that was perfect too. I thought y'all could share the info with your many fans

I make the peanut butter cookies. Size and time in cooking makes a difference with moisture or falling apart. You just have to work at it. Chocolate pieces on top are also good.

First of all, what is wrong with the word “moist?” It’s a perfectly fine word. Whoever comes up with this stuff, lol. Shall we say “dewey” instead?😂. Thanks for the recipes. The pancakes look like crepes to me. I’d probably make one large one. I doubt anyone cares about their shape. Thanks for another great video girls! You two are great!💞

Ok…I’m a professional chef and baker and it’s obvious to me because I have over 50 years of experience. When ever you’re making anything if you want consistency use portioning scoops. They range from baseball size all the way down to medium size marble size and that one makes the perfect bite size cookies, perfect for crumbly cookies. There’s basically two ways to smash peanut butter cookies. The main way is to dip the fork into ice cold water to make your hash tags. The second is to dip your fork into sugar or powdered sugar then press into cookie. If you get a little dough on the fork first then wipe it off it will leave a little peanut butter oil on it then the sugar or sugar substitute will stick. This will also solve this no sugar added recipe and will give the cookies a sweeter exterior but not add a bunch to the recipe and for maximum exterior sweetness put portioned cookie balls into sugar and coat all sides before placing on cookie sheet. This will also help the cookie not to stick to the wet fork. Next, if you want round pancakes you have to use flat pans. I know those pans were given to you by the sponsor but they suck. Cheap pans when cold are flat but when you heat them they rise up in the center making them impossible to not have a thinner batters stay round. Either use nice and thick cast iron, stainless steel or an actual pancake griddle because with one of those you can make maximum number of pancakes at once. Keep making videos keto twins😋

I've made the peanut butter cookies for years even before Keto. I'm gonna say it…roll your balls in allulose or other granulated sweetener and then you should be able to press the fork without it sticking. We actually like those pancakes better than real pancakes. I love your channel! Your personalities are perfect!
