    So I just made these tonight! I had to swap out almond flour for organic oat flour due to allergy and I used all purpose flour instead of whole wheat because I didn’t have any 😞. Also used coconut milk instead of soy also because of allergy. They turned out nicely, however probably more cupcake-like than muffin. The sweet potato was a great addition I never would've thought of!

    Also, you mention in the video when to fold in the baking chocolate, but in the blog post you do not. Just a heads up just in case anyone stumbles upon the recipe on the web. 😌

    I made them! Delicious. I used applesauce instead of oil, and I omitted the cane sugar, only used the brown. I really liked the addition of chocolate on the tops! Thanks for the recipe 😁
