Shrimp and Prawns are two different creatures. very different. They just sort of look and taste alike.
When I was a kid, long before Shake and Bake, my mother used a paper bag to put the flour and spices in then added the chicken pieces. Then it was up to either my sister or myself to shake the bag until the chicken was coated. Dredging with flour, salt and pepper in a pie pan was for pork chops, liver, etc. I still do it that way. Funny how this video reminded me of why I do that.
