You would think after all your years of cooking you would know how to make an omlette properly. The way you cook them it overcooks the bottom and undercooks the center. Youre suppose to lightly scramble the eggs then add the toppings. Youre welcome!

Sam, you bloody did it again! That hash brown omelette is out of this world! The only thing I changed was I subbed bell pepper for poblano… ya know, more flavor. And spicy sausage! My fam is in love! Thank you so much for your always wonderful recipes! ❤️

This is the first thing Ive watched that I wondered what the heck youre doing. Running on the inside, over done on the outside.

Flip those suckers over to finish before adding the cheese and they’ll be perfect.

Eggs are wonderful, any time of day. My favorite omelet from the diner was always bacon, mushroom, and cheese, edit*(mostly American). 😋 Hot sauce and ketchup at the ready for both the hash browns and eggs/toast sopping up scenario. So freaking great, every time. 🤗👍

Made an omlette that day. Also because of your amazing episodes I now have Japanese mayo and chicken salt. Thank you for your entertaining episodes. Been researching the fly gun. Didn't realize they have scopes and lasers you could add to it. Flies are awful in Charleston right now.
Thank you for everything you do and keep it entertaining.

Sam! My favorite food is a Zinger Mountain Melt from Miller's! Loaded fries is def a popular kinda thing, I know you've done some loaded ones in the past, but with your own spin on the "Zingers" I'd love to see you make that! Thanks for all the content and entertainment!

The first 2 look very good, but wow did you save the best for last. I'd figure that the hash browns and eggs with stuffing would be cooked separately, layering it all together is an eggcellent twist.
I know what I'll be having for lunch tomorrow.
