    I would like to seek clarification on the amount of sugar used in the bread dough: the recipe on your website states 1/2 cup which, based on different websites, is about 100 to 120g, and therefore is about 30% to 35% of cake flour. Is such proportion of sugar to cake flour the intent? Thanks.

    Marion, my mouth is watering watching your videos, and especially anything BBQ pork! I too always have some frozen especially because we don't have any restaurants who sells it around here. My only concern is the butter which I really don't like. Could I use margarine?
