Definitely going to try making this at home. Can you clarify though? In video it says to use half of the spice blend for the chicken/beef so that should be 1/2 Tbsp of each spice for each meat. But in the description under the chicken/beef prep, you say 1 spice blend above, so using 1 Tbsp of each for each meat.
