Thanks a lot! I plan my meals quite regularly just so I don't have to do groceries every day. Your tips however were eyeopening and I learnt something new to put into my little ritual. Anytime I am too lazy to prepare a list of meals I feel really anxious in the following eat, ending with sandwiches or even not eating anything. I'm putting your tips into my notepad and wish not to skip on planning in the future. Also a good thing is that when you have a spreadsheet ready once, it can be used in the following weeks, just updating the shopping list with pantry inventory.
