Welcome to the Plant Provision, My name is Kate! I created this YouTube Channel to share my experience with losing 70 lbs in 2020 on a whole food plant …
Thank you so much for watching, hope you have an amazing holiday with your loved ones! And if you aren't in the US, this recipe is still fantastic for every family party. Whether people are plant based or not, they will love this dish!
Great tips and beautiful recipe! I love quinoa but I've never tried it as part of a sweet dish. I will definitely try this! Thanks! 🙂
Looks delicious! Thanks for the video Kate!
I find your videos so comforting because there is no one in my real life that eats like I do!
Nori rolls are great to bring
Wow so simple. 👌🏾
Im not going to lie. I love meat, but realising for my health, I need to start going plant based. Thank you for the awesome recipes. 🥗
Thank you, I am always looking for something to take to potlucks or dinner parties that everyone will enjoy! Keep the ideas and recipes coming please.
Thank you!
Wonderful tips. I'm still navigating food outside my home. It's tricky. I just went to a church picnic and I tried to bring a substitute "burger" but it didn't turn out well.i ended up eating off my routine and I feel it today. But I did make a yummy banana bread that people liked. This salad looks great!
Wow that salad looks amazing, I'll definitely be making it 😋
Looks great. Thanks.
Got to try it! Thanks for the recipe👍 can’t imagine anyone could dislike your videos. Especially after all the effort you put into them!
People DEFINITELY feel worse about themselves when you make progress! They only make comments when you get thinner than THEM and when you are doing things to make you feel your best, because they are jealous that they cannot achieve the same thing. Anyone who actually cares would congratulate you!
This video is what I needed, my family and friends are not supportive, they keep telling me to eat like them, and I have to tell them again the same story again and again,
I just reply to any comment about my food with, "I love my food", and I move on to another topic. I don't discuss weight loss as it invites (bitchy) comments of the "You're too thin now" kind. In Italy we have a saying, "Look at your plate" [not other people's] sometimes if someone's really insistent I say that in my culture it is considered rude to comment on other people's food and that shuts them up.
I have an automatic response to any negative comments about my diet. I always say,"This way of eating (SS)has helped me lose 52 lbs. and feel fantastic for the last 8 yrs. with no ill effects. You should eat any way you liked if that is working for you".
Usually that stops them in their tracks as soon as they realize I am not going to preach to them. But on the other hand if they ask and are interested,I'll talk to them all day about a plant based diet. Thanks for another good video, Kate.
My automatic response to any negative comments is this"This way of eating has helped me lose 52 lbs. and feel fantastic.I have eaten this way for the last 8 yrs. with no ill effects. You should eat any way you like as long as it is working for you!"That kinda stops folks in their tracks as soon as they realize I am not going to preach to them. However, if they are interested and want more info, I'll talk to them all day! Thanks for another great video , Kate.
Love super helpful tips
Hi Kate, another great video. I have been doing this with my family but using buckwheat, rice and oat groats every Sunday morning. We have it hot though but no berries as my children are allergic to every berry on the planet, they come out in hives. So we use mangoes, bananas and apples or peaches. Thanks for the video, I will try it with quinoa this coming Sunday.
Love from the UK 😍
