I can understand why a lot of people don't understand why we eat very spicy foods…and have yet see anyone give much of an opinion…So here goes and am will to answer follow up questions…..Very spicy foods, cause the body to release chemicals that can resemble hallucinatory to sedative, have seen people have a psychotic break down… It's not only that, spices carry very unique chemicals in their selves, Capcasin isn't always the only spice used here, so there is multi level flavor that can carry on the spice, and can make it enjoyable like drinking whiskey…or martinis…Be very cautious with spices and pepper's know there is a huge difference before consuming, oils and extracts also carry a very different heat….

Back in January of 2020, I went to the Killer Noodle on Sawtelle Blvd and ordered the same dish but with Spice & Numbing Levels at 4, and I was hurting badly by the end of the meal! But it was a good pain, and definitely one of my most favorite/memorable meals of that West Coast vacation. I give you so much respect for going to Level 6 on both types of heat!
