Never seen Brussel Sprouts done this way. All I can say is Damn!! I am going to add this to my meal prep.
Because I love the simple dish of fried cauliflower in butter and fresh minced garlic, I made this dish with cauliflower instead of brussel sprouts and it was fan-freakin'-tastic!!!

Brussels Sprouts are also one of my favorite vegetables. Your recipe looks amazing. I would stop after the cranberries and almonds. I do not like Bleu Cheese, although I'm sure it's good for those who like it. Thank you very much.
